As a follow up to his Masterclass, David guides students in a personalized experience, cultivating each student’s voice, experience and communication abilities to drive their storytelling. Each class will explore various aspects of short and long form essay writing.


    INSTRUCTOR: David Tabatsky

    DATES: January 12 – February 9. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm - 6pm. Available on an on-going basis.

    DATES AND TIMES: 2 times a week (Tues and Thurs) for 5 weeks
    START DATES: Tuesday, January 12 from 4:30pm - 6pm.
    END DATE: Thursday, February 11 from 4:30pm - 6pm.

    David is a writer, editor, and performing artist. He has authored, co-authored and/or edited more than 60 books and numerous magazine essays. His memoir, American Misfit, was released in 2017. He is the author of Write for Life: Communicating Your Way Through Cancer and Chronic Disease.  David has taught at The Cooper Union, Adelphi University, The United Nations International School, and throughout the New York City public school system.
